Subject: The French Council of State emphasises the central role of fundamental rights in the integration process between national constitutional order and basic principles of European Cummunity Law, ruling that the domestic control of constitutionality of a decree of transposition of a communitarian directive, is limited to the block of national constitutional values that do not find an equivalent in the EC catalogue of fundamental rights and of law general principles.
