Subject: The decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit confirmed the temporary non-execution of sections 2(c) (both Courts), 6(a) and 6 (b) (only the Court of Appeal for the fourth district) of the Executive order n. 13.780 “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States”, signed by President Trump on 6 March and providing for, respectively, the suspension for 90 days of the possibility to entry into the territory of the United States for citizens from 6 Countries, the suspension for 120 days of the possibility to entry for refugees and of the decisions on their requests for protection and the suspension of the entry of refugees – with regard to 2017 – over the limit of 50.000 units: the Supreme Court has, instead, stated its applicability, with the exclusion of those individuals, who have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States
