Subject: The Satversmes Tiesa, applying the jurisprudence of the Court of Strasbourg, has stated the legitimacy of the norms of the Civil Procedure Code providing the infliction of non appealable “juridical sanctions”, as procedural sanctions which can be inflicted by the judge during the proceeding, to the extent that they do not violate the rights to a fair trial.
