Subject: The Constitutional Court, mentioning also the jurisprudence of the Court of Strasbourg, has established that the dismissal of enquiries started following a report on acts of torture carried out by police authorities, is not a violation of the right to an effective remedy, if there aren’t any reasonable suspicions of the incriminated conduct, such that can justify the prosecution of the said enquiries.
