Subject: The Court dismissed the appeals against the orders of General Court declaring to be inadmissible the actions of Gbagbo, Koné, Boni-Claverie, Djédié, N’Guessan for the annulment of acts of the Council of the EU adopted against them imposing restrictive measures in respect of travel and freezing of funds. The Cour underlined that these measures were in fact communicated to them and the existence of force majeure could not be established in this case.
