Subject: The seizure for equivalent (and the preventive attachment which precedes it) have not to restrict themselves to goods pertaining with the crime. So the Court gave a non-strict construction of the main-decision, established by UE Council 2005/21/GAI, declaring that the Council didn’t want to reduce margins of applications of seizure in international laws but it wanted to suggest a basic uniform way for repressing crimes very alarming for community and very harmful for economy.
