Subject: The Court established that European warrant is different from extradition procedure because, following up final decision of accused consignment, it consists in a merely executive phase in which the accused must be hand over to foreign state without possibility of breaking of pericula libertatis. The possible appeal against the rejection of the repeal motion of the coercive measures previously issued so loses significance.
