Subject: The Court maintained that the ban, provided for in the Greek legislation, on the reimbursement of medical charges for treatment received in private clinics in other European States, except those relating to treatment provided to children under 14 years of age, appeared disproportionate in the light of the objective pursued, while the restriction is capable of being justified by the reasons in the general interest.
