Subject: The Court establishes that art. 79bis of the law on copyright does not violate art. 7 of the ECHR nor the principle nulla poena sine lege, because the words “but commercial limité” (“limited commercial aim”) have a sufficiently clear normative meaning, even though they leave the judge to assess the actual case.
