Title: Human dignity in Spanish case law

Subject: In Spain there isn’t, in the Constitution, a proclamation of human dignity as an autonomous fundamental right, and for this reason the Constitutional Court’s case law mentions it as ultimate foundation of other fundamental rights and as a value of which the fundamental rights are the crystallization. The comment briefly recalls the main, even supranational, sources for the protection of dignity.
