Title: The principle of non discrimination in Community law

Subject: In the short report the international and UE sources of discrimination prohibitions are examined, with particular reference to the CEDU , the Nice Charter, that article 6 of the new Lisbon Treaty expressely mentions . More in terms the well known European Court of Justice two sentences Mangold and Kukukdeveci are examined ,where the equality principle and the discrimination prohibition on ground of age is defined as general European Union principle.
