Subject: Spanish law, according to which the worker, during the part-time maternity leave, acquires the right to the social security benefit on the basis of the working hours actually carried out and the salary received for such period, is not in contrast with the principle of equal treatment between men and women in the matter of social security, provided by Directive 79/7/EEC
