Subject: The comment analyses the issue of the ECHR’s integration in the Italian legal system in the light of Constitutional jurisprudence and of the doctrine’s attempts to find links between the ECHR and the Constitution. The Author briefly examines the experiences of the legal systems of Continental Europe, through a comparative exam from which emerges a general tendency to a complete and global integration of National legal systems and the ECHR and its jurisprudence. Then the Author illustrates specifically the decisions n. 348 and 349 of 2007,with regard to their contents, limits and unresolved questions
