Subject: The decision of the Appeals Chamber of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals rejected the appeal against the decision of the Trial Chamber, which sentenced both the accused persons to 12 years’ imprisonment for crimes against humanity and violation of war laws and practices committed by Serb forces after the conquest of the town of Bosanski Šamac in April 1992, also increasing the penalty to 15 years’ imprisonment
