Subject: The Interamerican Court of Human Rights judges on the responsibilities of the State of Honduras in the death of environmentalist Blanca Jeannette Kawas Fernández. The Court, also recalling the Court of Strasbourg’s jurisprudence, states again the principle according to which “there is an undeniable relation between the protection of the environment and the fulfilment of other human rights”.
