Subject: The European Commission belives, in view of the strong commitment to the rights of the child in the Treaty of Lisbon and in the Charter of fundamental rights, it is now the time to transform policy objectives into action. Therefore, the Commission advocates a specific EU Agenda, in which an important issue would be making the justice system more child-friendly.
