Subject: The Court have stated the violation of articles 9 and 14 of the Convention, since the claimants had been discriminated for their religion, because, being Jehovah’s witnesses, they had been forced to perform social instead of military service, while members of other recognized religions, exercising pastoral duties comparable to theirs, had been exempted from such service
