Subject: The Court affirmed that where a Member State has reintroduced controls at its internal borders, it may adopt, in respect of a third-country national who presents himself or herself at an authorised border crossing point situated on its territory and where such controls are carried out, a decision refusing entry provided that the common standards and procedures laid down in Directive 2008/115/EC are applied to that national with a view to his or her removal
