Subject: The Italian Constitutional Court declares unconstitutional some legal provisions of the law for the elections to the European Parliament, where they don't establish that the deadline for a candidate elected in several constituencies to exercise the option to choose the constituency must start from the communication of the last declaration of his election. The Court states that the relevant administrative procedure has to respect the principle of publicity, which is based on the constitutional principles of impartiality and but it also a "principle of the common constitutional heritage of EU Member States".
