Subject: The High Court has considered the restrictive order issued by the Secretary of State against the claimant disproportioned to the aim of preventing the risk of terroristic activities, because it actually implies an excessive limit to his freedom. According to the Court, unlike other rights provided by the ECHR, the right not to be deprived of freedom does not allow interferences grounded on reasons of National interest.
