Subject: The decision of the Constitutional Court annulled the requirement of residence in the State (effective residence in Belgium for 10 years of which at least 5 without interruption) according to article 4(2) of the law of 22 March 2001, in order to have access to the benefit of the guaranteed minimum income for elderly people (garantie de revenus aux personnes âgées), for incompatibility with the norms of (EC) Regulation n. 883/2004 on the coordination of social security systems
