Subject: The decision of the United Kingdom Supreme Court on the appeal of the Secretariat of State, which deemed discriminatory the application of prearranged standards for the access to social benefits, on account of the dimension of the house the individuals lived in, with regard to some disabled persons as well as to a woman victim of gender violence: the Court found admissible the appeal of the Secretariat of State and does not consider violated the public sector equality duty, because the decision to limit the access to the benefits does not seem unreasonable
