Subject: The Court dismissed the appeal of the General Court judgment. The General Court held, in particular, that the ECB was entitled to base its refusal to grant access to the documents, that dealt with the use of derivative transactions in deficit financing and in public debt management in Greece and in the euro area, on the exception to the right of access provided for in Decision 2004/258.
