Subject: The Constitutional Court, also applying widely the Court of Strasbourg’s jurisprudence, has established that the Bosnia and Herzegovina Court’s order to limit visits and contacts of the claimant with his relatives during his detention (two months), served while waiting for the end of the investigations, could not be considered disproportioned with regard to the legitimate aim pursued and considering the nature of the charged offense and, therefore, it did not violate the right to respect for private and family life, provided by the Constitution of the State and article 8 of the ECHR.
