Subject: The Ustavno Sodišče has stated the unconstitutionality of article 22 of the Registration of Same-Sex Civil Partnership Act, deeming such Act in contrast with the principle of equality provided by the Constitution of the State and the ECHR, since it governed the matter of heredity between couples of the same sex differently from that of married couples.
