Subject: The Supreme Court has established that the attribution of the status of “under age” provided by the Act 2002 (law which provides compensation in favour of persons who have been subjected to abuses within State institutions when they were children) is not discriminatory and, therefore, it is compatible with the norms of the ECHR.
