Subject: The Court rejects the appeal lodged by a Chinese citizen, who states that in her Country she would be discriminated for having had a baby at an early age and for having been a prostitute and she would be condemned by social convention. The Court does not admit the thesis of the claimant, who appealed to the guarantees provided by articles 3 and 8 of the ECHR.
