Oggetto: L’United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ha ribaltato la precedente decisione del giudice distrettuale, rimuovendo la sospensione temporanea all'esecutività della Legge dello Stato in materia di aborto come modificata al fine di prevedere un obbligo per i medici che eseguano interruzioni di gravidanza di avere “privilegi di ammissione” (admitting privileges) in un vicino ospedale, distante non più di 30 miglia dalla clinica abortiva e che fornisca servizi di assistenza sanitaria ostetrica o ginecologica
