Objet: L’arrêt de l’United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit a renversé la décision antérieure du juge de district, en supprimant la suspension temporaire du caractère exécutif de la Loi de l’État sur l’avortement tel qu’elle a été modifié afin d’imposer aux médecins qui pratiquent l’avortement une obligation d’avoir des «privilèges d’admission» (admitting privileges) dans un hôpital voisin, qui ne soit pas plus de 30 miles loin de l’hôpital pour avorter et qui fournit des services de soins de santé obstétrique ou gynécologique
