Subject: The decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit reversed the previous decision of the district court, removing the temporary suspension of the execution of the State Law in the matter of abortion, as amended in order to provide for the obligation for doctors, who practice abortion, to have admitting privileges in a nearby hospital, which must be not more than 30 miles away from the abortive clinic and guarantee obstetric and gynaecological assistance
