Subject: The decision of the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma stated the constitutional illegitimacy of the Senate Bill No. 1848, where it required abortion facilities to have at least one physician on premises, who also had hospital admission privileges within 30 miles of the facility, on any day an abortion was performed. Such norms placed an undue burden on women’s access to abortion
