Subject: The European Parliament stresses that there is a strong horizontal segregation or gender-specific division of labour in the service sector and it invites the Commission to fight this gender divide; moreover it stresses the need to combat all forms of violence against women in the service sector, including economic violence, psychological and sexual workplace harassment, sexual abuse and human trafficking.
