Subject: The Court ruled that that German legislature did not violated the Community law by excluding from the child-raising allowance a national of another Member State who lives in that State and who has a minor employment (between 3 and 14 hours a week) in Germany. The national law constitutes in fact a measure appropriate and proportionate, regarding to the objective pursued.
