Subject: France is the fifth member State of the EU and the first among the founders, to ratify the Treaty of Lisbon, after Hungary, Malta, Rumania and Slovenia. The process for ratification passed through a decision of the Constitutional Council (dec. 2007 – 560 of 20 Dec 2007), which implied a constitutional revision law, approved by the Parliament reunited in Congress (constitutional law n. 2008-103 of 4 February 2008)”.
