Subject: According to the Court, a measure adopted by a Member State setting minimum charges for the delivery, in the territory of that Member State, of books that are not collected by the purchaser from a book retailer must be examined solely in the light of the free movement of goods guaranteed by Article 34 TFEU and cannot be regarded as relating to a ‘selling arrangement’ within the meaning of the judgment of 24 November 1993, Keck and Mithouard (C 267/91 and C 268/91).
