Subject: The Supreme Court has rejected the claim lodged by the Asociación Contra la Tortura against the sentence issued after the publication on the net of personal data regarding state officials involved in activities concerning crimes of torture. According to the Court, such publication implies the violation of the right to protection of personal data, as provided by the National and Community law and by the norms of the European Union’s Charter of Fundamental Rights.
