Title: Corresponding interpretation: starting points for some considerations

Subject: Taking the cue from some recent decisions of the Court of Justice, the comment reconstructs the Court’s guidelines on the issue of corresponding interpretation with regard to the Community law and the relation with disapplication. Wherever it is possible, cases of contrast between the Community norm and the national norm should be solved through the means of corresponding interpretation, without using the more drastic solution of the national law’s disapplication.
