Subject: The Supreme Court has established that the Canadian secret service has violated the rights of the accused by destroying the recordings and the interrogations which were the foundation of the charge that brought to the sentence. According to the Court, the secret service has the obligation to show all the evidence in its possession every time a person is detained in application of the Canadian anti-terrorism law.
