Subject: The Inter-American Court of Human Rights recognized the State liability for the forced disappearance of 10 persons, the forced disappearance and the summary execution of the judge Carlos Horacio Urán Rojas, as well as the unlawful detention and torture and inhuman and degrading treatments suffered by other 4 persons, who were suspected of having participated to the “Palace of Justice siege” of Bogota on 6th and 7th of November 1985 or of cooperating with the Movimento 19 aprile (M-19), which was the author of the event.
