Subject: The Court affirmed that community law precludes national legislation which, without taking account of the specific circumstances, prohibits any combined offer made by a vendor to a consumer. Member States may not adopt stricter rules than those provided for in the European Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, even in order to achieve a higher level of consumer protection.
