Subject: The House of Lords, with reference to the European Court of Human Rights’ jurisprudence, states that there is not a violation of art. 6 of the ECHR, when the judge, in the sentence, orders the forfeiture of the profit deriving from the crime which the accused person is accused of (profits coming from drug-trafficking e.g.), since such order is based on the proofs gathered.
