Subject: The Ustavno Sodišče, also recalling the norms of the European Social Charter and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union on equality of treatment and non discrimination with reference to disabled persons, states the advisability of “translating” procedural acts in documents which can be read by blind persons, to guarantee an adequate exercise of procedural rights.
