Subject: The Satversmes Tiesa, also applying the norms of the First Protocol to the ECHR and the principles emerging from the jurisprudence of the Court of Strasbourg, has established that the norms provided by article 2 of the Section 1231 of the Civil Code, in the matter of servitudes, are not in contrast with the right to property provided by the Constitution of the State.
