Subject: In a proceeding against a citizen accused of terrorism and subjected to extraordinary rendition, the Court states that, also in this case, the rights of the individual to a fair trial cannot be prejudiced. Moreover the Court underlines an important interpretation of the right to freedom of expression according to art. 10 of the ECHR, as right of the accused to receive information and make communications.
