Subject: With regard to the European arrest warrant, the Supreme Court has denied the handover of the claimant to the requiring authorities for the lack of the requirement of the correspondence of the crime. To come to such conclusion, the Court has reconstructed the fundamental characters of the norm, also recalling the Court of Justice’s main decisions in such matter.
