Subject: The Court dismissed the appeal of Izba Gospodarcza Producentów i Operatorów Urządzeń Rozrywkowych (‘Igpour’), with which it had set aside the order of the General Court of the European Union. The General Court ruled that there was no longer any need to adjudicate on Igpour’s action seeking annulment of the Commission’s decision, refusing Igpour access to the detailed opinions issued by the European Commission and by the Republic of Malta
