Subject: According to the National transposition law of Community Directive n.314/1990, if some of the services provided by the “all inclusive” travel contract are no longer available, the operator must provide suitable alternative solutions for the prosecution of the programmed trip or refund the consumer for the difference between the provided services and the available ones, in addition to compensation of damages suffered.
