Subject: The decision of the Ústavní soud (Constitutional Court), analyzing also the jurisprudence of the Court of Strasbourg, stated the constitutional illegitimacy of article 13(2) of the Civil Partnership Act, where it did not allow any of the partners to become adoptive parents, because in contrast with the norms of the civil code, which allow individuals to adoption and, therefore, in violation of the right to human dignity and the respect for private life, as well as the principle of non-discrimination
