Subject: The decision of the United Kingdom Supreme Court rejects the appeal of a person suspected to be a terrorist, whose bank accounts had been blocked, according to the UN resolution n. 1267 (1999) (which also involved the well-known case Kadi of the EU Court of Justice), for the alleged relation with Al-Qaeda: however, the Court limits its assessment on such case, in the light of the difficulties for a national court to deal with such issues and the legitimacy of an order founded on a UN resolution
