Subject: The judges reassert the necessity of correctly using the so called Mareva (or freezing) injunctions, fundamental instrument to stop the accused person from squandering his assets with the intention or the effect of compromising the trial. It is also opportune to use such measures in the respect of art. 1 of the ECHR’s Protocol 1.
